Celebrate the fifth release in our limited Barrel Aged Series. We aged a Colombian Supremo to perfection for 3 weeks in a Four Roses Distillery Bourbon Barrel, and brought out the nuances of both the coffee and the charred oak with a medium roast. With a beautiful bourbon aroma, smoky barrel sweetness, and a smooth mouth feel, this is the coffee for all bourbon lovers.

Our coffee is clean tasting, intensely aromatic, and low in acidity. The outer skin (chaff) of the coffee bean is never burned on the bean, because it is blown out during roasting into a separate chamber. What does this mean? A cleaner and more palatable cup of coffee - without the bitter burnt taste notes - even in darker roasts.
