Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in new or like-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we encourage customers to contact us first so we can make it right.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@gigawattcoffeeroasters.com and we'll take care of it.
REFUNDS
If we approve a refund, it'll go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it. If it's been more than 15 business days, reach out and we'll look into it.
