Built For Consistency
Coffee blends built so
the cup repeats
Coffee blends exist to be consistent. A single origin changes with the harvest; a blend is built so the cup you liked last month is the cup you get this month.
- Same cup every time
- Air roasted
- Never bitter
Tell us how you like it. We’ll point you to the one bag to try first.
Coffee blends, explained
Blends exist to be consistent. A single origin moves with the harvest; a blend is built so the cup you liked last month is the cup you get this month.
Blend versus single origin
A single origin shows one farm, one process, one season. A blend is assembled to a target — the better answer if you brew the same coffee every morning.
Why they stay smooth
Every blend is air roasted — the beans ride on hot air rather than tumbling against steel, and the chaff is carried off before it can burn into the batch.
Tasting notes are not ingredients
When a bag says caramel or walnut, nothing has been added. Those are flavours the bean already carries. Nothing we sell is flavoured.
What is a coffee blend?
Two or more coffees combined so the cup tastes the same every time. A single origin shifts with the harvest; a blend is built to hold its flavour steady from bag to bag and year to year.
Should I choose a blend or a single origin?
A blend if you want the same cup every morning without thinking about it. A single origin if you want to taste where the coffee came from and do not mind it changing.
Do your blends taste the same all year?
That is the whole point of them. We adjust what goes in as harvests change so that what comes out stays where you expect it.
Never bitter, never burnt. If it ever is, tell us and we’ll make it right.
