Is the coffee already mixed together?
No. You get two separate 10 oz bags — Kite & Key Blend and Static Resistor Decaf. You mix them in the filter, cup by cup, so the ratio is never locked in.
How much caffeine is in a half-and-half cup?
Roughly half a normal cup. Worth knowing: decaf is not caffeine-free — water-processed decaf keeps a small trace — so an even mix lands a little above half rather than exactly half.
Is the decaf really chemical-free?
Yes. Static Resistor is water processed, so the caffeine comes out with pure water instead of chemical solvents. It's also why it still tastes like coffee rather than tasting like decaf.
Can I get it ground?
Yes — choose Whole Bean, Drip, Pourover or French Press at checkout. Both bags come ground the same way, so they scoop and brew together evenly. It works in a Keurig too.
Do I have to mix them?
Not at all. Plenty of people brew each bag on its own — full strength in the morning, decaf later — and never mix a pot. The two bags just give you the option.
