Bring a market tote or insulated bag — great for produce and chilled drinks
Check the forecast — the market runs rain or shine

The La Grange Farmers Market evolves with the seasons. In early spring, expect radishes, leafy greens, and potted herbs. By mid-summer, tables overflow with tomatoes, peaches, berries, and sweet corn. Come fall, you’ll find apples, pumpkins, and cozy baked goods. With vendors updating their offerings weekly, there’s always something new to discover.
The market runs in most conditions, but weather safety comes first:
Delayed Opening: Vendors will be notified if lightning or storms delay setup.
Temporary Pause: If lightning is spotted within 5 miles, the market pauses for at least 20 minutes.
Early Closure : May happen if severe storms are forecasted all day.
Stay posted on the LGBA Facebook page or your favorite vendor’s social media for the latest weather-related updates and changes.
