We started Gigawatt in 2020 out of a warehouse in Bensenville, Illinois. We were private investigators before this, which is a strange way to end up roasting coffee, but here we are.
We're one of the few roasters in the world using fluid bed air roasting, and every bag that leaves here has a roast date on the front in our handwriting.
