Look for us at weekly farmers markets in Tinley Park, Elmhurst, La Grange, Frankfort, Palos Heights, and Schaumburg from May through October — plus seasonal pop-ups at local breweries, craft fairs, holiday markets, and community festivals across the western and southwestern Chicago suburbs. You'll find our lineup of fresh-roasted, small-batch coffee at every event — whole bean and ground bags of our signature Kite & Key Blend, Live Wire Espresso, Luminosity Breakfast Blend, Static Resistor Decaf, and seasonal single-origin roasts. We also sell our ready-to-drink nitro cold brew cans. Everything is pre-bagged and roasted within the last few days for maximum freshness.

We're one of the roughly 1% of specialty coffee roasters using air roasting — a process that keeps beans suspended in hot air instead of touching hot metal. The result is coffee that's never bitter and never burnt, with brighter, cleaner flavor notes. We're a family-owned business in Bensenville, IL, roasting in small batches since 2020 and shipping within 24–48 hours of roast.

Yes — our weekly farmers markets run on the same day each week throughout the summer season (typically May through October), barring weather or unexpected circumstances. Always check the schedule above to confirm before heading out. Events marked "Weekly" on their card show every date we'll be at that market for the month. Yes — we offer coffee bags for wedding favors, corporate gifts, private parties, and community events. We're a roaster, not a mobile cafe, so we provide pre-bagged fresh-roasted coffee and ready-to-drink nitro cold brew cans rather than on-site brewing or barista service. We're a family-owned small-batch coffee roaster based in Bensenville, IL, in the western Chicago suburbs. Eli and Jen Coleman founded Gigawatt in February 2020 to make fresh specialty coffee more affordable and approachable. We don't have a retail cafe — we roast out of Bensenville and serve customers through our website, farmers markets, pop-up events, and wholesale partnerships.
