CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Of course! We want your coffee subscription to work for you! After the first order, you have the flexibility to customize your coffee or shipment frequency at any time. You can always easily skip a shipment, or pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

What if I forget about my subscription?

We will send an email 3 days before the coffee is shipped so you can update your preferences or skip the shipment if you need to.

What should I subscribe to?

Well, it really is up to you! Shop our collection and choose your favorites. If you are new to air roasted coffee, we recommend starting off with our most popular, our Kite & Key Blend. It's a smooth, clean tasting medium-dark roast without that bitter burnt taste that pleases both medium and dark lovers alike.

Whatever you choose, just remember, after your first shipment you have full flexibility to change the plan anytime.

Do I qualify for free local delivery on subscriptions?

Unfortunately not. We have worked for quite some time behind the scenes to try and make this possible, but the systems between our subscription provider and our website host are not able to make this happen, and all customers that sign up for a subscription will be charged the $5 flat rate shipping charge on subsequent orders. We looked into alternative options with no luck.
