Our espresso is  smooth, velvety, and yields a tiger skin crema.   We acheived a well balanced espresso with our unique blend.  Excellent when you pull a shot, but divine when you brew using any other method.   We only use Arabica beans and there is no bitterness to our espresso.  Dark Roast lovers - this will become a staple of your mornings.
